Turning Sewage Into Electricity
Two central Florida counties are beginning to utilize new forms of renewable energy - sewage.
Both counties are converting sewage into electricity. One county will be using the energy created to run their waste management system. The other county will be creating enough energy from sewage to power about 1,400 homes.
